i am not sure if this has been brought up before or not .... but maybe the option to switch employees between businesses would be a great option sometimes you switch rides between a business and then it would be maybe a helpful tool to be able to switch like a specialized employee over its just an idea maybe a good one

It's been said many times that it's not possible; you can't even swap vehicles or caravans. We'll see what happens. With level 32, you should have heard about this by now. -
