Hey, wonderful first 2 days of my game experience. I was wondering if the time clock can be sync to real clock as I am based in Ireland and my headquarters is based in UK.

Hey, yes - it's planned (I have a task in my backlog). Basically the game is missing an option to set a timezone, right now everything is always in server time.
