A premium feature of being able to see the forecasted weather for each event so you can choose a relevant attraction? E.g. If its raining you wouldn't choose an ice cream stall? Just an idea!
Thanks for the idea! A forecast is something planned for the game, yes. But I doubt that we could have it for more than just a couple of days ahead, so in your use case it would depend a lot on the length of the event.
In general rain is bad for all attractions (even though some suffer more under it). Temperatures matter more and they are usually somewhat predictable with the seasons. So in fall or winter, choosing the ice cream stall doesn't make much sense already and for that you would not need a forecast I guess.
However it would be useful to plan a little ahead and estimate incoming revenue, which can have an effect on investments and other kind of plans in the game.
