How to make your own regional organisation

Hey, that's not possible - associations are not made by players. You can join any association and with at least 2 active members you can start a vote for chairperson.

Once the association has 5 active members, votings for event suggestions can take place.

please don't use other threads for random questions. you can either open a new thread in the help section or directly write a message to support from the support menu in the game.

to answer your question:

looking at your account, you did something wrong. you have 2 caravans, one at the fairground (not set up) and one at your headquarters (set up). all your employees are at the fairground. this means they don't have access to their assigned caravan, since one is not set up and the other one is not at the same location.

to fix this, move your caravan, vehicles, employees back to your headquarter. set up all caravans there and continue the quest.
