I've had 13!!!! Accidents since update with 2 (out of 4) businesses and that's I believe impossible in real life. I think percentage should be turned way down.
I occasionally have incidents where the store isn't closed. Then I just wait and everything's OK. If you maintain it regularly, this doesn't happen. In reality, the stores are serviced daily.
