• With Patch 95, a major new feature is now available to you. You can now build a new extension on your company headquarters: The training centre!

    You can unlock the building site from level 3 and then construct the building. There are a total of 11 expansion levels (level 0 - level 10).
    The training centre has two different functions:

    1. Training cost reduction: a bonus that reduces the general costs of further training for employees in all businesses.
      The higher the level of the training centre, the higher the bonus
    2. Courses for employees: Employees who are at the company headquarters can take a course to learn new skills. Available courses:

      • Car driving licence
      • Truck driving licence
      • Crane operating licence
      • Technician training
      • Barker training

    How often can I build the training centre?
    The training centre can only be built once at the company headquarters. It has several expansion levels, which increase the value of the building.
    The training centre counts for all businesses.


    Which employees are eligible for the training bonus?
    The passive bonus applies to all employees in all businesses and is applied automatically.
    The employees do not have to be at the company headquarters. If you train employees, the effect of the training centre will be shown directly in the costs.


    What is a course?
    Every employee who learns a new skill takes a course. To teach several employees a new skill at the same time, you need several courses.
    Expand the training centre to unlock more courses.


    Which employees can be trained in the training centre?
    In principle, all employees from all businesses can be trained in the training centre. However, they must be on site (at the company headquarters) for this.


    What are lessons?
    A certain number of lessons must be completed for each course in order for it to be successfully completed.
    There is also a daily limit (usually 8 hours).
    How many lessons an employee should complete is always selected manually (employees do not go to the training centre by themselves).
    It is possible to buy a quick course with credits, in which case the selected lessons are counted twice.


    How much does a course cost?
    This depends on the skill to be learnt. The cost is deducted 100% at the first lesson. There is no additional charge for all further lessons (no wages either).


    What does the wage increase mean?
    Employees who acquire additional skills are entitled to a wage salary. Once the training is completed, the wage is increased accordingly.


    Can I pause a course?
    Yes, a course automatically pauses at the end of a training session. You are free to decide when the employee continues their training (the next day, in a week, in a few months...)



    Can I cancel a course?
    No. Once the employee starts a course, it remains in place until the training has been successfully completed.
    Otherwise, the course place could only be released again if the employee is fired.


    Why can't I select a skill?
    Some skills have to be learned first, e.g. a car driving licence is required for a truck driving licence.
    And of course, skills that the selected employee already has cannot be selected either.


    Does my employee need accommodation and meals while doing a course?
    Yes, your employee has time off after each lesson (unless you give them another task). They must be able to recover during this time so that their motivation does not drop. Make sure that the inventory is full and that the employee has access to their caravan so that they can sleep and wash.
