I am using a laptop and it is the same for this. Not sure if it makes a difference or if it falls into android category. Thanks for the speedy replies though!

I have noticed that if you create your employees shift through the rota system, you are not able to send them on a meal break, the shift needs to be canceled for them to take a break. This is a problem as it means that I have to mumble around to have my team have a meal break then wait until the right time to be able to make them work again for the shift to then be back on track. It doesn't allow for you to even select an employee whilst they are on shift. Is it possible to have this rectified or maybe a better solution? cheers guys

i have downloaded the game so therefore there is no back button

is it possible to have a 'Back/Return' button implemented? As every time I have to go through the start of the route rather than just press a return button to go back to the previous screen.
